Dear p.Wannee ka,
thank you for your kindness.my sickness pain..cost me a few days...you should see me in moonwalk version...it is allright,only disturb when I have to lay down and get up..I let Gaifa stand on my back like I used to do to my mum when I was young..feel really good.It come from alone and gone without any mention...now I am fit like a sport shoes...physical and mental ...more freak than before.

please turn back to GFG 1 or 2 (I am not sure!)..it was a catastrophe with my summer collection after a longggggggg winter time!!...I need to reduce some kilos weight urgently or I have to arrange the whole collection!! which one is my alternative?

I put on 3 kilo from UK but when I got back to BKK, my family said I loss weight. In these 2 weeks in BKK, I ate Thai food, Japanese food, grilled meat, chicken and sea-food. I will have to go through the ice cream and 'kanom Thai' menu soon.
