Oh,Nong Lind,
i'm not expert in this field ka...I talk about sauna because i have it at home ka nong...I have an experience only with skin care from course "naa -daeng"...uhhh,it's worked!but cost a bit....that is an expensive relaxation! I also can not do it everyday..I swear.

I am not sure ka...but the same one on the beach in Phuket cost also like this...they need a course from Watpho too..
