I have just got home as well. I went out for dinner and had a business talk afterward. I am getting ready for 4 workshops during the month of November.

ไข่เยี่ยวม้ากะเพรากรอบ ก็เค็มๆ เผ็ดๆ มันๆ
จะมีผัดกะเพราไก่ราดข้างบนไข่เยี่ยวม้าทอด
ก็เป็นเมนูเด็ดของหลายร้านใน กทม แล้วนะ
บางร้านทำอร่อยมาก แต่บางร้านก็ทำงั้นๆ

Not only this menu...I mean I never have tried ไข่เยี่ยวม้า before!!
I used to puzzle myself as I were in Thailand...why white egg is black??
a jelly black!!not so invite my appetit to eat ..at the end I landing by a normal salty egg yam or so..
