I have to do opposite as you!we have 4-5 °celcius today..cloudy and rainny..cold that  no one of us moves their ass outside(excuse me!!)not even to the door!!
Sauna season had begun!! so I had 3 rounds saunagang...by the temperature of 98 °celcius dry I sweat like a broken dam!then every Rundgang(round)I have to shower the coldest water like directly  from refrigerator temperature!!
now I feel like a re-born child..
