ที่บริษัทที่ผมทำงานอยู่เ้ค้ามีการปรับโครงสร้างเงินเดือน...โดยปรับเพิ่มประมาณ 4-5 พันบาทครับ (ดูดีมั้ยครับ) แต่ตำแหน่งที่ผมทำงานอยู่เค้ามีเงินประจำตำแหน่ง 6 พันบาทครับ...แหม่..ดูดีขึ้นไปอีก พอมันปรับเงินเดือนใหม่มันเอาเงินประำจำตำแหน่งออกและเอาเงินเดือนเข้าำไป 5 พันบาทครับ...สรุปขาดทุน 1 พันบาท..เซ็งมั้ยครับ!!!    และเ้ค้าก็อ้างต่อว่าหลังจากปรับเงินเืดือนโครงสร้าง incentive จะลดลงเพราะว่ามีต้นทุนการจ่ายเงินเดือนที่เยอะขึ้น..อ้าวกรูล่ะ..ไม่ได้เงินเพิ่มแล้วมาลด incentive กรูอีก  :oops:  โดยให้คำตอบของการปฎิบัิติเช่นนี้ว่าเป็นการปรับเปลี่ยนการจ่ายเงินให้ถูกต้องและให้เหตุผลว่าในอดีตที่ผ่านมานั้นทำไม่ถูก...(36  ปี ที่ผ่านมาจ่่าย incentive ผิิดระบบ) เซ็งโครต....แล้วรับพนักงานใหม่เข้ามาเยอะมากโดยให้เิงินเดือน 15,000 - 18,000 (ตอนผมเข้ามาไ้ด้เงินเดือน 8,500 บาท) สรุปคือเค้าต้องการเอาคนเก่าที่ได้ incentive เยอะ ๆ ออกไป และรับเด็กใหม่้ำเข้ามา เป็นการเปลียนน้ำ เซ็งมั้ยครับ

ย้ำอีกครั้งว่ารายได้ลดลงประมาณ 50-60 % ต่อคนเลยนะครับ... :x

ไปหาที่ทำงานใหม่ดีกว่าที่ได้ incentive เยอะ  ๆ หน่อย  (เค้าไม่ต้องการ Sales ที่ขายของเก่งหรือไงว๊ะ) คงต้องการ Sales ที่เงินเดือนเยอะแต่ incentive ต่ำแน่ ๆ
