You are right, particularly ..... นมเปรี้ยว กับ ชาจีน are my favorite and regular menu before going to bed.

But the first menu in the morning for me  would always be ...... COFFEE.

พี่แอ๊ะจะหยุดชา ทุกชนิด ยกเว้น ชาเขียวใบหม่อนหรือ ชาล้างพิษ nature tea

พี่แอ๊ะจะ ไม่ทาน กาแฟ และชา หลังบ่ายสองโมง เพราะกลัวนอนไม่หลับค่ะ

ปกติทุกวัน พี่แอ๊ะต้องทานกาแฟตอนเช้า  ไม่งั้นจะ ง่วง เหงาซึมเศร้า แต่ช่วงนี้ ไม่อยากทานไปซะเฉยๆ งั้นแหละค่ะ ยังสงสัยอยู่เลยว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับตัวเอง :shock:

แต่ยังทานชาเย็น thai tea แบบ ปักษ์ใต้ตามปกติค่ะ แต่ก็ไม่ทานช่วงเย็น กลัวนอนไม่หลับ ค่ะ

พี่แอ๊ะมีเวลาแล้วจะ มาห้องนี้  "ร้านน้ำชา"

น้องๆ ภาค  อื่นจะงง นะคะ คนใต้ เค้าจะไปร้านน้ำชา กันเป็นประจำ ไปนั่งคุยการเมือง คุยทุกเรื่องที่ร้านน้ำชาค่ะ  เป็นน้ำชากาแฟ กับปาท่องโก๋ ที่อร่อยมั๊กๆๆๆ เจอกันทุกเช้าที่ร้านน้ำชา ได้ความรู้ ได้มิตรภาพ ได้ความรักความห่วงใย สาระพัดค่ะ

บางหมู่บ้านที่เขายากจน   และเขาจำเป็นต้องใช้เงิน เช่นส่งให้ลูกเรียน เขาก็จะมีประเพณีกินน้ำชา

หมุนเวียนกันไป เพื่อ ช่วยกันเอาเงินมาแชร์ กัน นำเงินก้อนไปใช้ยามจำเป็น และค่อยๆเวียนส่งคืน

คล้ายๆเล่นแชร์น่ะค่ะ  

เป็นประเพณี แถว ยะลา ปัตตานี ค่ะ  พี่แอ๊ะชอบมากเลยค่ะ แสดงให้เห็นถึงน้ำใจในการช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกันค่ะ

เดี๋ยว นี้คงไม่มีใครไปร้านน้ำชาแล้วมังคะ กลัวระเบิด :cry:  :cry:

I drink jusmine tea every night krab and still have NO problem spleeping krab. My favorite teas : ชาเขียว ชาอูหลง ชาใบหม่อน ชามะลิ pure ๆ ครับไม่ใส่นมน้ำตาล

I have a good memory about coffee center in Songkhla not because of drinking hot drink  but about a delicious "Kao Tom Jok Song Kreung"...rice soup with egg ,minc meat,innen organ of pork,etc....at the weekend..what I found hard for me at that time was that we have to wake up so early  on Sunday morning!
Horrible..but when I smelt/tasted Kao Tom Jok...everything seemed not so bad.
This weekend coffee shop link me close/intensive memory to my father.

there are  ไตปลา in a glasscan.it taste soooooo salty!no ไตปลา taste anymore and I give up.
I carry a dried แกงไตปลา from Phuket(originately from Phangnga)to Germany...some spoonful..pour water inside...heat it..finish!no that is not my art to make thing different...I throw bamboo from can,I fry fish(Alaska fish )and beat it in "Krok"...in addition...my แกงไตปลาแห้ง can taste nong nong paradise ka...cause real paradise I can have it only in...THAILAND.

The economy in Thailand is not so good now.
Consumerized products become more expensive....... following the world's oil price. Jobs are not harder to find and employment is shaking.

Thai people must be very careful in spending.

Do you feel the same in Germany?

good morning!I feel not asleep tonight cause we were invited to a friend and I had a few cups of coffee quite late evening....
I guess you mean in opposite"Jobs are not harder to find "...do you mean"Jobs are not easy to find",right??

Truely say,I find this situation has been few years ago since the economy moved to the East(East Europe/Asia)...the big best profit companies/corporations announce their double and threefold successful target with profit but they still need to "save"cost by layoff an employee and /or move to cheaper production cost area.
The same quantity work but less manpower than before..or substituted by maschine..
I feel these crisis 6-7 years ago as my husband 's company(Knorr-German originated company) has been takeovered by a world wide English-Netherland corporation Unilever..there were a rumor that they will layoff some of manpower...self Research and developement..a brain of the company was not exceptional!! then there were rumore there will cancel some division and move to Hamburg...F&E..may be fusioned and existed only one in center by Roterdam-Netherland
All those rumore maked employee shaken!they were worry of their existance(house,location,family,)...between employee..there were tighten situation that no one trust the other...each will rescue himself...to be survive required a lot of strategies...new boss come and go...and so on.
It make me afraid too as I am the one who get all those burden from his dairy under pressure...
I need really full ear and neutral to listen to him...with an insecure,he should do his best..I and the kid we are his strong back up!!if we need to move..we will move..I am not afraid of the changing!and we have to be careful with our financial...in case anything unpredictable happen.

did I answer you about the reaction of raw oil higher price??I hope not cause what we effected indirect we start to do something against it from a small thing near us,for example:benzin price of diesel(our car) get higher..so we drive less,use public transport like the tram/train,bike..food and drink always cheap..it is not effected much compare to previous. Outfit and textil..higher price..so we shop less..wait for a right time of a right price...do you think the wholesale can stand their price long??if no one avail to pay??no..some day they will dump the price just to clear the store and set the new season product.It is a very short period.
The people do the same I think...they wait! they save and postpone what they need first and not important can be waited clear from each other...set their priority.
yes,we have to save but where and when...that is the question of need.
