That's why I'd like to join and to improve my English also.
Do I meet the qualifications of membership of this coffee coucil ?

thank you so much for your compliment..one thing I do really sure,we are all have the same education from Thailand! the basic in our childhood is what I use in english now-a-day.Not the new things come in addition.It is not easy to extend my thought into foreign language..I think it is not as beautiful as thai.Then when I have to live my life with the third language ...the convert process need to be done every seconds...and it is really fun.

let me enjoy things this way:
1.I enjoy coffee(100%Arabica direct out of africa)like its original aroma.
2.I eat Haselnut fresh direct cultivated from the tree...(have to eat a lot everyday otherwise it will be out absorbed , old ..turning to be"tauber nuß=you open the hard peeling but nothing inside,no nut)
3.nature joghurt,nature milk,no process and aroma
4.nature tea without aroma
5.meat without process
6.no canned products
7.what else...??
if you have an eyes in our food shop car.you will be really astonished...it is simple back to the root...

that why I was getting fat the first 2 years by RCU!!!
I carry Nestcafe red cap from Songkhla every trip I get back to the south...
at that time I needed to dope myself so that I can learn late night...
Now I have a chance to taste fresh coffee..and I can divide...the processed coffee from Nestcafe(Nestle) is so good like the rest product!!!
But where should I know,our life should start from somewhere....to drink red cap is for me already a privilege at that time.

yes... red cap was very popular back then. Everyone from the deep south must have had experience taking it.

Had Yai black market was the major supplier.

Drinking red-cap nescafe indictaes that you are real "southerner" naa.

do you have those one??wow! a good decision...the picture may show the modell for Espresso maschine...the one nearby is what I have at home.
What kind of bean you need??coffee bean for Espresso??or coffee bean for coffee cream??

ps.I have tried Star Buck in California..it is not delicious!so mild.not strong.may be it is a taste the people prefer there I do not know ...Star Buck in Germany I still not have tried.

yesterday I and katharina were by Halloween shop in Heilbronn...I guess the product come from China or so...I bought a costume for "the witch"for her with an extra long black nail...I saw a rat,a frog,a skeltette,a spider made of soft latex...look and feel really real...I saw such thing by floating market in Nakornchaisri too.
I want to costuming her as "Mae Naak" but no one would afraid of her.they will ask"is that a  ghost??"

Ning,
ชาชัก is very popular in southern Thailand and now boom in Bangkok. There are franchising everywhere in BKK, including Siam Paragon. We drink it with Roti with sugar and milk on top.

It's not cheap naa...... around 25-60 Baht normally per cup. In a big hotel, it can be 120 - 150 Baht per cup naa.

In Narathiwas, Pattani and Yala, it is about 10 Baht acup.
